Automotive Radar Test

Abstract:

This paper is an update from the 2015 BiTS workshop when the concept of a test cell for automotive radar testing at 81GHz  was introduced. After a year of development and multiple customer trials the system described in 2015 has evolved to a refined solution for high volume production at 81GHz. This presentation will describe the challenges associated with advancing automotive radar at 81 GHz from prototype hardware to a production worthy test cell. Including in this presentation will be an overview of handler integration, tester correlation, and contactor selection as an for effective test at 81 GHz. Read more
